Glen McCarthy, Class Guitar
Status: adjunct professor
Teaching Positions: Class Guitar

B.S., West Virginia University. Former member of "Hickory Wind." Currently teaching at Robinson Secondary School, founder of several award-winning student guitar ensembles, including the Robinson Guitar Ensemble. His reputation for develoing guitar curriculum throughout northern Virginia is regarded very highly. Mr. McCarthy has been a guest clinician at Virginia Tech, Roanoke County, Loudoun County, and the Virginia Music Educators Conference. For the 2003-2004 school year, Mr. Mac was nominated for Fairfax County Teacher of the Year.
